"The prosecution asked for $100,000 bail for Warrichaiet, which the Brown County court granted. If he does post bond, the court says Warrichaiet cannot have any alcohol or patronize taverns or other places where alcohol is sold."

Can't we just deny bail? They guy obviously cannot control his drinking and he's being "asked" not to drink? Gee, what do helpless, depressed alcoholics do?

Idiots.

You should have more compassion holyjuan. Alcoholism is a disease. This man is a victim. If we had socialized health care none of this would of happened.

That is the most fucked up comment I have ever heard!! That idiot is no more a victim than Lindsey fucking Lohan or Paris douchebag Hilton!! There is no amount of alcohol that you can consume that can absolve you from being a decent human being and render whatever aid you are capable of IN WHATEVER CONDITION YOU ARE IN!! If that waste of skin was capable of opening his car door, putting the key in the ignition, putting his car into drive and heading down the road in a lethal weapon, then he was capable of dialing 3 numbers on a phone (well actually 2 numbers, one of them twice. You talk about socialized healthcare?? Well I live and work in such a system and if someone doesn't choose to help themselves then there is FUCK ALL the state can do for them. This boils down to whether deep down inside you are a good person or a bad person. No amount of alcohol in your system changes that.

Juan - odds are that the $100,000 bail is, basically, the exact same as denying it to him. I can't think of a defense attorney or bail bondsmen stupid enough to take that kind of risk on him, so this is the judge giving him a big "screw you".
