The frankenstein face is probably why he got started compensating with bodybuilding in the first place ;)But yeah, it's possible it'd cause damage. It's just unclear how it affects your psyche. Guess they'll find out how messy your internals get after damned near a lifetime of steroids when they do the autopsy. Can't really find a better case study than this.

there are studies showing that continued and extensive use of sterioids contribute to an onset of a bi-polar style disorder. just like them kids whose parents put them on prozac and other depression drugs, messing with the chemical balances in the brain, sinking them into a paranoid, "everyone's out to get me! well i am gonna get you first" funk.... same shit. not only fucks with the body... but the head more importantly. but yeah... frankenstein face... to a frankenstein mind.

Actually, his autopsy came back and they found evidence that his brain had been traumatized from multiple concussions and that's what put him in this state.
