Considering what a wonderful utopian paradise the great state of Louisiana is, none of us should be surprised to learn that a local town has banned saggy pants.

It's not really baggy pants, just pants that are hanging below the buttocks. I'm not sure how the fad of pants falling off your ass got popular.
