Mech Heaven is in Alaska!

So what's a guy to do when locked up indoors for most of a snowy winter in Alaska? Why build a Mech, of course! That's exactly what steel worker and welder Carlos Owens of Wasilla, Alaska did and now it's up for sale on Ebay.

There are extensive pictures of it at the Ebay site. Apparently it has a flame thrower attached to one hand (thus leaving the other hand free for your standard issue BFG or RPG).

If it works, the US government should buy it and ship it to Iraq to scare the hell out of the insurgents.

If I was rediculously rich that is... It's neat but not super cool. Certainly not worth 48k without some sort of video display of what it can do
