Hi ladies. My name is Larry Engleheart, I'm 24, and I like sunsets and long walks along the beach. I've had this mullet since 1985 and I'm the first person in GA to file for protection of my hair under the endangered species act.
Last year the British invented a robot that catches flies and digests them to generate its own power. ( [link] ) I wanna take this technology and build a robot that hunts down small animals, kills them, and sucks their blood out to generate its own power. :)
Not to rain on anyone's parade, but this fuel cell was designed specifically for reporting blood sugar levels in diabetics. The prototype was said to have had a low powered Wi-Fi chip so that the cell itself powers a device that measures the blood sugar level using a common enzyme present in all humans and then takes that measurement and broadcasts it via the low power Wi-Fi to a signal reciever held close to the skin. Thus diabetics would no longer have to draw blood to check their blood sugar levels.
