Couldn't really tell if this was a joke or not - but given all the attention the copyright issue has gotten lately I thought it was hysterical to read through.

Unhappy Birthday is a website/project commenting on the fact that the song "Happy Birthday To You" is under an actively enforced copyright held by Time Warner. The site offers tools and information to report unauthorized public performances of that work. [link]

In all honesty I'd tell Time Warner to go somewhere else with that copyright...
that's just outrageous...
some rich people actually need to get a life (when they have money and there life is made up... which is sad) and then they have nothing better to do that push charges or normal citizens...
which is just stupid... I mean you can make money off of a product but a traditional song?
just like Donald Trump tried to patent and copyright the phrase "You're Fired" that's just stupid...
