i think it's stupid to call it rape when it was obviously consensual. the law may indicate otherwise but literally the term "rapist" is totally inaccurate. with culture getting more sexualized all the time this kind of thing is absolutely no surprise to me. the truth is you can think you're in love at any age, and it's exactly the same thing as actually being in love when you're an adult. that is to say it's irrational and insensitive to everything but itself. having this kind of accepted insanity at the heart of civilization is only going to pave the way for more abuse.

Statutory rape is there because "rape" doesn't fit when it comes to idiot kids who want to get some poontang. Also consider that while they may have been consenting, the parents were not. Until the shithead hits 18, the child is basically an extension of the adult. Thus, if the parents say it wasn't with consent from them, it is rape.

Me thinks that the age of consent if different in different states.

For example, in Ohio you can bang 16 year olds. But, you cannot take photos or video of the act, because that is child pornography. I know this because I am typing this letter from prison.

I'm still saying that if this was a man and a little girl things would be totally different . (ie the man would be killed by now.)
