Several boys were in a parking lot bouncing a golf ball, and accidentally struck a woman's SUV; the strike left no damage, so the woman decided to charge them with her vehicle after an apology. One boy was in critical condition. With the boys laying on the ground, bleeding, the woman, Kathy Feaganes Allen, lit up a cigarette like nothing had happened.
