Folks like this honestly frighten me, on either side.You've got a guy who's so emotionally immature that the only way he can deal with a difference between him and his girlfriend has some serious issues.
Then you've got the guy who tried to take out Katherine Harris and her entire entourage yesterday with his car, claiming it was an act of free speech...

That is really scary, but violent immature acts like that happen alot, mostly on a smaller scale.Several times people have ripped my Kerry Edwards stickers off, punched my Kerry Edwards button (while it was on me) and tried writting an X on it.

You know I'm a huge Bush supporter. But dang, that's just retarded. Some of this stuff that's going on between the two candidate's supporters needs to stop. I remember you telling me about all that stuff....That really irritates me. I even helped you fasten your Kerry/Edwards badge back on your messenger bag.

However, it needs to be mentioned this goes on both ways. I work for a college up here in Wisconsin, and I have seen cars with Bush/Cheney stickers keyed with anti-bush slogans. I stopped driving to work because I can't trust my car being left in the lots with a Bush/Cheney sticker on it. Up here, Bush signs are the ones that are stolen more often than Kerry. I know in Milwaukee (as your non-wisconsinites should know for its beer, but someone also claims there is a professional baseball team there too) there were a couple of cases of GOP headquarters being ransacked by Kerry supporters after rallies. I'm sure its true probably anywhere in the US, whatever political group is the minority is going to be harassed by the other, and there will always be a few dumbasses on both sides who need to have their voting rights revoked and beat with a rubber hose.

According to Harris, she counted 34 cars coming toward her.If the guy in the car was black, though, she just would have turned him away.
