There's a big difference in using scare tactics to encourage people to vote and using intimitation and fraud to prevent them from voting. That's what was going on in Florida during 2000. I personally am interested in this case because it's the first I've ever heard of where CRACK has been offered for this kind of thing. I mean, c'mon people!
