Mozilla and Firefox, with which many people are no doubt reading this, are beginning to create chinks in IE's armor. Internet Explorer use has dropped from controlling 84% of the market to a mere 75%. The open source browsers stealing the glory, both owned by the Mozilla Foundation have seen Firefox downloads double since the last version. [link]

Hate to correct a fine piece illustrating Firefox's growing popularity, but you're citing the wrong figures here. This statistic "Internet Explorer use has dropped from controlling 84% of the market to a mere 75%" actually refers to users who visit W3Schools.com [link] which published the study. Overall IE use is down 2% ("from 95.5 percent in June to 93.7 percent in September"). Still, any increased competition for IE and an increase of adherents to Firefox is a good thing.

I've been using FireFox and I'm suprised why anyone uses IE, but could someone tell me how to get things to download? When I try to download video files I get the first five seconds and then it stops.. What's my problem?
