I think it's pretty stupid that the government tells us what we can and cannot do in the comfort of our own homes, ESPECIALLY when what we do is fun and harmless.

But it's incredibly stupid that you can get arrested for having the stuff that you use to do what you want in your own home.

He was put to jail for 9 months for selling ceramics. By that reasoning, everything that possibly could be used to smoke weed should put people in jail too.

The hypocrisy of the US government...

Yup! I have a few empty pop-cans around here! They can be used to smoke weed. Guess I'm going to jail eh!

What about all those smoke shops that sell "glass-ware" and " hydroponic accessories"? just because you call a turd a flower doesn't make it a flower. it's interesting to see how it's perfectly legal and acceptable to sell these things at a licensed business, but when possessing it on your person it all of a sudden becomes a misdemeanor, or even a fellony in some cases.
I, for one, think that weed should be made legal to sell. just like in the northeastern U.S. with state-run liquor stores, mary-jane can be sold in a controlled manner reaping millions in tax revenues for much needed programs such as health care, education (more teachers), etc.
However ,what do I know? I'm just a working, middle class white guy. what I think doesn't matter in this world of political correctness and "affirmative action".
Whew... where did all THAT come from?!

I've got a pair of plyers... they could be used as a roach clip. I'll see you in 5 to 10
