Tax dollars at work!

That seems so bizarre to me. When I lived there, everyone had their breakfast bar or egg mcmuffin while on their way to work in the morning. When you have to commute sometimes an hour and twenty minutes on the subway, you have to look at ways of cutting wasted time. How stupid. I don't know what the big deal is. DC has one of the cleanest subways in the country. I don't think I have ever seen any food trash thrown about in the subway. And I really don't see how that helps security either. With all the drug issues that DC has, you would think they could worry about infiltrating known drug neighborhoods and stopping some of the drug related shootings instead of roughing up a woman chowing down on a chocolate bar.
