if you look at both photos either could have been. the AP one is very blured on the tit and look at the outline of the "dress" on her chest.

In the article that picture came from, it said something at the end like "the picture was only discovered after a photographer found it when developing his pictures from an event a month ago". Just sounds highly suspect.
