You then blame the current administration, and the last Republican administrations of delibertly causing defiects to "keep the poor down" by cutting federal projects. Then point out a tax child credit that gives more money to people who, amazingly enough PUT MORE IN. Its a credit, not a damn gift fund. They cannot credit the lower class as much, as they did not pay as much taxes. To do as such is basically handing the lower class money. Do you really think gift funds will help? The School system needs to be overhauled, the health insurance system needs to be overhauled (And that does NOT mean socialized medicen, the killer of decent healthcare). Some Federal programs need to be cut or changed because of the abuse some people are taking of them. Welfare is a joke, there needs to be incentives in getting job, incentives to employers who hire those coming off welfare, etc. FREE MONEY IS NOT THE ANSWER. Release the tree, it needs air...
