Well, I'm tired of reading about war, politics and Bush constantly on Foo. This used to be where I got some respite. I just thought I'd change things up a bit. Besides it was very unusual.

There is at least one eye-witness accounts by anthropologists of the so called bone-pointer spell "causing" death within a day. I don't believe it's really magic; to me, it's proof of the power of belief on our own health. Many people have used this as a metahhor for modern society's diagnosis of HIV connoting a death sentence (see virusmyth.org) for example.

Definately creepy, if for no other reason then that this story was news worthy.. Not that I don't thank you for posting it.. it was very.. interesting.
