The festival of the steel penis. A large festival where people worship large phalluses for health and prosperity. A giant party dedicated to the wang, penis shaped foods, costumes and ornaments. I believe it was Japan where they use the word that means "penis" as a common word to describe something good or cool.

Jap 1: Gee, William, it's cool that you get to make that CD.

Jap 2: It's penis cool Harry, it's penis cool.

But I might just be mistaken.
