Bill Watterson, the reclusive creator of a dervish 6-year-old named Calvin, his stripey best friend Hobbes, and legions of killer Snow Goons retired almost 10 years ago. He's stayed well out of the public eye ever since, giving few interviews and releasing no new public work. That last part may not be true. link] The artwork is nearly identical to C&H, and the main character looks an awful lot like a grown up Calvin. Even the artist signature is very Watterson-esque. Very interesting.
