The Passion of ... the Easter Bunny?!

A churchful of Pennsylvania's God-fearing, including many children, were shocked (shocked!) to see an Easter show about Jesus gone horribly wrong. [link] Performers smashed eggs, told children there was no Easter Bunny, and for the coup de gras, culminated the show with a good old fashioned game of "Whip the Easter Bunny". Youth Pastor Patty Bickerton (who portrayed our cotton-tailed Savior) described the event as "acting silly". Parents reported the whole affair was "very disturbing."
