Pixar drops Disney; Mickey Takes it out on Minnie

Probably not a fun day to be a Disney board member. Pixar, creator of "Toy Story", "Monsters Inc" and "Finding Nemo" (among others) today announced that they are ending their distribution deal with Walt Disney Pictures effective in 2006. [link] Pixar's five films so far have grossed over $2.5 billion, and sold over 150 million DVDs worldwide, and kept Disney at the front of the animation wars. Will Disney rebound, or is the mouse doomed?

I didn't know Steve Jobs ran Pixar. Huh. Good for him I guess.

Fuck Micheal Eisner anyways; he's anti-Second Amendment anyways. I hope he gets canned.
