For any of you who have ever seen the Vines perform live, or if you've read the review posted on this fine website we have here, or if you've seen the music video for "get outta da way," you know that Craig Nichols (the lead singer) is quite a nutcase. Unfortunately, the Vines' bass player Patrick Mathews didn't get outta da way and to sum it up, the Vines' tour is cancelled. Check out this link in order to read the whole story. [link]

Its with bands like the Vines that I wonder why I play music. I've been busting my ass for years, and then you see guys like that who are all over the place. Cudos to the producer who did their album, he had a job making a quasi "clean sond". "But they have energy" Who cares..... If you can't understand a word they say.... what the hell you need energy for. Oh yea... They SUCK live.
