Judge tells phone company the Internet isn't TV

Judge Colleen McMahon ruled recently that the Internet is not in fact interactive television. A point being argued by none other than British Telecom [link] whose corporate greed apparently ran afoul of a lucid bit of the US Justice system (oh and a tonne of prior art)

I just can't believe there isn't an attorney in that company who didn't slap some sense into the corporate higher-ups who apparently have no common sense. At least the judge does.
