Invincible giant poisonous monster Grasshoppers becoming a real pain in the ass

Eastern lubbers, the Vin Diesel of the grasshopper world, is taking over central Florida. [link] These evil little demons are immune to bug spray, and bleed toxic poison that could kill any animal that eats it. Jesus somebody call Sigorny Weaver! They can't fly cause they are too fat, and have an Anna Nicole Smith-like appetite. I've heard they can grow up to four inches long.
Experts advice for killing them? Hit 'em with a 2 X 4.

I caught one of those for my sister's science class, I think. Couldn't find it's exact classification. Why do they have to be here though, why us? As if UF introducing love bugs wasn't enough torture. If you aren't from FL and don't know what I'm talking about, just take a drive down I-75 in Gainesville and look at your windshield.

I didn't know UF was responsible for our love bug problem. Figures. :) I'm getting ready to go down to Daytona today and I expect that after driving over to J-ville on I-10 then down I-95 the front of my car will be coated in love bug guts.

Yep they either brought them or created them I don't which, but I do think either way they are slightly enhanced. They thought it would help the mosquito problem somehow. I love UF, but geez, what were they thinking?

UF should think of some love-bug venereal disease we can use to combat them.
