The ConAgra Beef Co. of Colorado has recalled 19 million pounds of beef because of e.coli concerns. Seventeen people in Colorado are sick with e.coli. [link] I went vegetarian about a month ago, and now I'm kinda glad. Big juicy burger, anyone?

Wow! Sixteen whole people got sick? Just ate a big juicy burger Saturday night and I may be up for steak tonight.

I'm not a vegetarian but I do limit my red meat intake. If I could get natural beef I would eat more but I just don't get too excited about the hormone and antibiotic pumped livestock.
